Chapter 1: Falcon stalking Samantha
*These notes are subject to change at anytime. They are derived from the novels, so when the web series scripts are finished they may shift/change. Additional photo shoots for fictional characters may be added.
Story-Line Breakdown
Breakdown: This is the segment that starts the tone for book. A backstory is established to some extent, as Falcon is following Samantha around. The main segment involves Falcon stalking her, so that he can protect her from afar, while she is getting off of work. He ices a couple of low-level demons, all the while making sure she doesn't see or hear the paranormal actions at work.
In the pitch pilot the ideal behind this scene was all that was used. We glossed over the ideas spoke in Falcon's internal backstory from the book, setting up the source material for investors. This is likely not the tactic we will use in the web series full pilot.

Chapter 2: Samantha's Morning
*These notes are subject to change at anytime. They are derived from the novels, so when the web series scripts are finished they may shift/change. Additional photo shoots for fictional characters may be added.
Story-Line Breakdown
Breakdown: In the novels this scene is much longer, as it is the first chance Samantha has to make her own backstory clear. In the original novels, this scene did not occur, as the story started in the middle of the first action sequence. However, in the new novels this scene provides pacing. In this segment we see the news reports about the first arc's villain, as Samantha gets ready for school with her family.
This segment was not featured in the pitch pilot, as no additional co-stars were introduced to the source materials.

Story-Line Breakdown
Breakdown: This scenes continues seamlessly from the previous scene. Falcon and Dru teleport with Isabelle into the C.O.S. base. This is the fist appearance of the C.O.S. within the series, as well as, it sets up the relationship between Twin brothers, Falcon and Dru, and their other family member, Isabelle. This scene will also set up context for the backstory between the C.O.S and the characters, and why they are seeking Samantha.
This segment was not featured in the pitch pilot, but was mentioned in passing during Dru's voice over in the pitch pilot.

Chapter 4: AVM's bar scene
*These notes are subject to change at anytime. They are derived from the novels, so when the web series scripts are finished they may shift/change. Additional photo shoots for fictional characters may be added.
Story-Line Breakdown
Breakdown: This scene was originally meant for a flashback in a spin-off series book for AVM. However, as it is important to understanding the first series story, it was added into the main story books. A similar, if not identical, scene will remain in the original spin-off it was from as well. Depending on who the series (s) are shot, this scene may be filmed twice if the actors do not carry over into the spin-off series.

*These notes are subject to change at anytime. They are derived from the novels, so when the web series scripts are finished they may shift/change. Additional photo shoots for fictional characters may be added.
Story-Line Breakdown
Breakdown: This scene was in the original novel, however it was in a different time and setting. The context is unchanged. Dru is in love with Samantha, but he makes everyone around him believe he doesn't like her, and that he doesn't believe her the chosen one. His love for his brother is so strong, he'd rather face eternity without his soul-mate if that would bring his brother happiness. We are also introduced to leading lady, Christian MacRaye at this time, however her introduction is of little importance, however her second appearance stands as more of an introduction to her true character.

*These notes are subject to change at anytime. They are derived from the novels, so when the web series scripts are finished they may shift/change. Additional photo shoots for fictional characters may be added.
Story-Line Breakdown
Breakdown: In the original books, this scene was often talked about, but never seen. This was because the story started after this moment in time. However, in the new books, as well as the web series, this is the first full fledged fight scene. To this point, this is the most intense scene. We imagine it could be a full day's shoot, and possibly a full episode standing alone. Many characters are featured in this scene in the book, mainly to introduce them, so those characters are only possibly in the web series scene as they are not important to the development of the scene as a whole.
